ULBEKA provides written coaching and mentoring services conducted entirely via email.
The process consists of a reflective written exchange where the coach asks questions, the participant responds in writing, and the coach reflects and provides further guidance. The service is personalized and based on the participant’s input.
The service:
– is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or medical care
– does not include diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice
– does not establish a therapeutic or healthcare provider relationship
– is not suitable for crisis situations or severe mental health conditions
The service is intended for mentally stable individuals capable of self-reflection. Its effectiveness depends on the participant’s active involvement.
The service qualifies as a distance contract for services concluded electronically via email.
The contract is considered a consumer contract if the participant is a natural person acting outside their professional or business activity.
The language of the contract is English.
Application is made via email.
The Service Provider confirms the selected package, the fee, and the payment details.
The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.
The service fee depends on the selected package.
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer.
An electronic invoice is issued via the Billingo system.
The service is delivered exclusively via email.
The Service Provider typically responds within 48 hours on working days. This response time is indicative and not guaranteed.
The structure and duration depend on the selected package.
The participant has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
By applying for the service, the participant explicitly requests that the service begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that they are required to pay a proportional fee for services already performed.
The proportional fee is calculated based on the total price and the extent of the service already delivered.
If the service has been fully performed, the participant expressly acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost.
Any refundable amount will be returned within 14 days.
Participation in the coaching process is at the participant’s own responsibility.
The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made by the participant or for the outcomes of the coaching process.
The service does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
All information shared during the coaching process is treated as confidential.
The Service Provider does not disclose any information to third parties, except where required by law.
The participant agrees not to share or distribute written materials received from the Service Provider.
All written materials created by the Service Provider are protected by copyright.
The participant may use them solely for personal use.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or reuse the materials for business purposes without prior written consent.
The service is personalized and based on individual input.
It is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
The service is provided via email.
The participant is responsible for the security of their email account and for ensuring proper receipt of messages.
The Service Provider is not liable for technical issues, delivery failures, or data loss on the participant’s side.
Participation is voluntary.
If the participant does not respond for 60 days, the process may be considered closed.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the process in case of disrespectful, abusive, or non-cooperative behavior.

The Service Provider will respond within 30 days.
Consumers may turn to the competent conciliation body in Hungary (Békéltető Testület) based on their place of residence.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
In case of dispute, the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered seat.
