During the coaching process, participants may voluntarily share special categories of personal data (e.g. sensitive personal information).
Such data is processed only if it is provided voluntarily and is based on the participant’s explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).

– written content shared during coaching
– billing data (name, address, tax number if applicable)
Data is processed and stored electronically via email systems.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data.

– invoicing data: 8 years (as required by law)

– Billingo Technologies Zrt. – invoicing
– Google LLC (Google Workspace / Gmail) – email communication and data storage
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to Google LLC.
In such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
